What do Clients Say?

We reached out to Sue as we began our search for a retirement home in Colorado (we're in Texas now). She has been incredibly helpful and is clearly very knowledgeable about the market and the process, and has given us an invaluable start on this next journey. We chose Sue since she had been a previous acquaintance in Texas. Over the past year, we met with her in person twice, viewed properties, and communicated regularly via email. She was very honest with us about not being an expert on the specific community we're considering. She set us up with a local agent, but is still there if we need her. I have great confidence in the agents she recommended, but will certainly miss working with Sue. ~Glen & Kathy G.

Sue provided excellent customer service. She was very responsive, knowledgeable about the market and provided us with referrals for all the items that we needed to execute the transaction. We were very fortunate to find her. If you are looking for a realtor we highly recommend Sue. ~Carol M.

We have sold and bought several properties in different locations. We found Sue to be the best agent we have ever worked with. Sue combines professionalism, attention to every detail, a positive attitude and a highly engaging personality. She kept us informed every step of the way in the sale of our Dillon property and the purchase of our Frisco property. The transactions for both properties were more challenging than we had previously experienced. Sue navigated the issues, kept us informed and efficiently closed the transactions. She is very knowledgeable of Summit County real estate and she cares very much for her clients both personally and professionally. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. ~Jackie R.

My husband and I moved from out of state, so to say our stress levels were high is an understatement. Sue was extremely knowledgeable and supportive the whole way. She knows her stuff which made this side of our real estate transaction seamless. We highly recommend her and can’t say enough great things about her. ~ Luke & Leah C.

Sue helped me find a relator local to me and then helped me every step of the way!! It’s been great to have her perspective and have a second opinion. She is very clear and explains things in easy to understand terms and helped me to know what questions to ask!!! She will “fight” for your best interests and doesn’t sugar coat things - which I appreciate! ~Dianne S. About Sue

Understanding The Mountain Lifestyle

The last thing I want to do is sell you a house.

Wait. What? Wait a minute. I'm a REALTOR®, right?

Yes. My motivation is to help you find a HOME. It's not the same. So let's have a conversation - help me understand what's important to you.

There's a reason I've been awarded Best Real Estate Agent in Summit County* I understand the Summit County market, and the mindset of sellers and buyers. If you're looking to sell, I have the connections & networks to put your home in front of the most likely buyers. I use cutting edge technology, one-on-one relationships and COVID-19-responsible procedures to introduce the right buyer to THEIR ideal home (yours!). If you're looking to buy, I can help you ask the right questions (especially if you think you might want to use the home to generate income via vacation rentals).

For the past decade I've been deeply immersed in the STR - short-term rental - vacation business in Summit County. I understand - REALLY understand - what guests are looking for when they rent a home. If you're thinking of renting your new home, I can help you find the home that not only speaks to you, but has what renters are looking for.

. . . . .

Specializing in high-end real estate transactions, Sue takes the time to educate her clients on all the tiny details and nuances of the real estate process. Every deal is different - full of complexities - and Sue considers it her responsibility to help her clients understand everything that is happening - and why. She is a fierce advocate for her clients, and works tirelessly to assist them in realizing their mountain home dream - whether it's selling their current home, or helping them find a new one.
