Spending 15 years in Corporate Real Estate and Construction in the headquarters of 2 Fortune 100 companies has given Karen an understanding of what top executives and clients expect.  She excels in listening and understanding their objectives and goals and creates a clear path to meet them.

Twenty-five years ago, an assignment brought her to Brevard County and it didn’t take long before she recognized how special this area truly is! The small town feel, the intelligent laid back community, the natural setting and pristine coastline - She knew she was home.

Within 6 months, she left the corporate world and relocated her family to this paradise and never looked back. Since 2000, she has been helping clients purchase and sell residential and commercial properties. She opened her own office in 2007 with 20 agents, but after 8 years, decided to spend 100% of her time with clients.
