About Wendy
Wendy grew up in the historic city of Conway, SC. She attended Coastal Carolina University and The University of South Carolina where she obtained a degree in English Education & a Masters in Administration. Wendy worked as an English teacher and an administrator in the local school district and has been working as a real estate consultant since 2000. Wendy works with Kim Davis who is also a SC native and a previous teacher. Together they provide services for both buyers and sellers. They have worked together as a team for 10 years selling thousands of properties locally and have consistently been in the top 1% of the local Realtors every year. Wendy holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation held by only 3% of Realtors. Wendy also serves on the local Horry County School Board as a Representative for District 4.
