My wife and I met Khani at an open house in our neighborhood. We weren’t in the market for a home but had plans of selling our house in 6 months and had a habit of checking out local open houses. We listed and closed within 30 days at full asking price and made a typically stressful event really fun and formed a great friendship along the way. Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Khani was always a natural-born leader and creative soul. She earned a bachelor’s in fine arts from the University of Texas at Austin and proceeded to teach dance and choreography for 20 years while also launching a clothing brand, producing several variety shows, teaching yoga, and even operating a globally recognized, star-studded tattoo shop in Los Angeles for 16 years.
 
Though she was always drawn to real estate, Khani didn’t officially become a consultant until 2016, after an eye-opening conversation with a friend who helped her realize she could convert her interest into a full-blown career. From there, she leveraged the production, business, and customer service skills developed in her previous jobs to craft a customized and elevated experience as an agent. Today, Khani flawlessly executes home acquisitions, sales, and development and renovation projects that lead to profitable results.
 
Highly communicative and people-oriented, Khani features a nationwide network of professionals to refer to her clients while patiently educating and guiding them through the challenging process.
