Amy and another realtor worked as a team to help us find and purchase this property, and we couldn't have asked for more. Amy, specifically, was very responsive, getting back to us quickly with even small questions, or just to let us know that she would look into it as soon as she got a chance. All our questions did get answered promptly! We had a difficult market to work with, kind of early on in COVID when no one knew what was going on, and good properties were getting snatched up in 1-2 days. We saw many houses and got great advice on things to consider, help with comparisons, and, when we did decide to make an offer, how to approach that process skillfully. What can I say but 'AMAZING'. Amy is kind, patient and was very much understanding as I struggled to list my home in the midst of the pandemic. I was working from home and very concerned about the number of people who may walk through my home while the virus was on the rise. Amy as my listing agent went 'over and beyond the call of duty'. She attended every showing and provided gloves, shoe booties, face masks and hand sanitizer for the buyers and for their agents. When the buyers had questions about the home, she texted me right away, so she could get immediate answers back to the potential buyers. After each walk through she went through my home and wiped touch points down with sanitizing wipes. I would never ask nor expect this type of 'white glove' service which Amy so graciously provided. Amy prepared and posted an excellent video of my home on You Tube and the pictures for the flyers were outstanding. My home sold in 2 days and I received a note from one of the buyers' agent, saying how pleased I must be at the service Amy was providing. I have sold 6 homes and Amy made this one the quickest and easiest sale of all 6. My deepest gratitude and thanks goes to Amy.
