Prior to Ryan coming to help me I had three different agents that tried to sell my house in the last three years. Ryan actually called me after I took my house off the MLS listing and was interested in talking with me about selling my house. I was pretty disappointed by the other three agents and I was ready to just leave it off the market when he called. Ryan did a fantastic job for us. When we first met Ryan he was confident and well organized, he assured us that he could sell our home quickly and at a fair price. He even showed us a 102 point plan that he would follow in order to accomplish this. Well, it worked. People came to our house, and were really interested. In no time at all we were given a decent offer, which we accepted. But that was only half of it. Now we needed to find a home closer to where my job is. We were not sure of where we wanted to locate, we looked at many different areas. Although most of these areas were kind of far from him, Ryan always arranged for and met us at homes in various locations. Well, we finally found one we liked and Ryan Coleman went to work to help us get the best deal we could. I would also like to say that I really appreciate the advice he gave us all throughout this process, since he has 17 years experience, and I don't deal with this everyday I felt I could trust him.We would recommend and use him again without question.
