About Rosi

Rosi Andrews is a member of the Insitute for Luxury Home Marketing and licensed real estate professional (Arizona and California) for Keller Williams Arizona Realty. In her current role, she leverages more than 15 years of negotiation, entrepreneurship, investment property, relocation, and project management experience to deliver exceptional service for her clients. 

As a driven, goal-oriented professional with a strong business acumen, her primary career focus is to partner with other professionals who share her values of integrity, honesty, and mutual respect. Serving as an advocate for her clients, Rosi delivers tailored marketing strategies to attract the optimum buyers and oversees every detail of the real estate transaction process to facilitate quick transactions. Fluent in English and Spanish with a multicultural background, she can assist a diverse client community. 

Prior to working in the real estate industry, Rosi served as an Adjacent Economics College Professor at California State University, Fresno. In this role, she introduced innovative course material that integrated advanced technology and social media channels to broaden perspectives and engage students. Rosi’s past professional experience also involves serving as an International Licensing Analyst in the Legal and Compliance Division for Lockheed Martin, a U.S. Pretrial Services Officer for the Northern District of Illinois, and a Docket Clerk Specialist and Spanish Court Interpreter for the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Iowa. 

Rosi has an MBA in Finance from the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She holds a M.P.A. and B.A. degree in Political Sciences from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. 

She takes an active role in the community. Rosi currently serves as a volunteer at the ASU Women and Philanthropy, The Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine, and at her children’s school. Past volunteer work includes St. Jeanne De Lestonnac School, President Toastmasters Rollins Crummer Club, Holy Spirit, K9s For Vets, and the Orlando Museum of Art. 

Rosi has been married for nearly 20 years and enjoys raising her two boys in Scottsdale, Arizona.
