She is factual, not emotional, very easy to work with, professional, and truly knows the market. She did not pressure us to lower the price and knew exactly what it would take to sell the house. We were with another realtor for three months, and the only strategy was to lower the price. Jeanine took over and this house was sold in 19 days with competing offers. Thank goodness, we ended up way ahead, making up for all the lost time and previous reductions in price. She respected my input and worked collaboratively with me and made the entire process stress free. The photos and video that her team took of the house were outstanding and of the highest quality.
