Independent. A fighter’s spirit. Strong morals and close-knit family values.  Jeanine Delaney’s childhood emulated those ideals, and molded who she would become. Her parents were both entrepreneurs, owning and operating several businesses; despite the work and long hours, they made a point to lead by example, proving that family, morals and values need not be comprised.

Jeanine and her husband moved to Lee County from New Jersey.   She spent most of her career in New Jersey climbing the corporate ladder at a large company in Mt. Laurel.  After much success she took time to raise her family as it was important to instill the strong family values and morals she grew up with into her own family.   When Jeanine decided to re-enter the work force, her previous company wanted her back and she wanted a new challenge outside of corporate so her journey began as Inventory and Dealer Trade Manager at one of the companies dealerships.   She was highly successful in building and repairing their trade relationships, her team had complete faith in her leadership and she quickly built a reputation for being perceptive, loyal and trustworthy.  Through this position Jeanine realized she was a skilled negotiator but what she loved most was building lasting relationships.  It turns out, these attributes would prove to serve her extremely well in real estate. 

  Jeanine always had an interest in real estate and an entrepreneur spirit inspired by her parents.  She bought her first property in her early 20’s and after a few years saw an opportunity and turned it into a rental property which she managed.  When she made the astute decision that it was time to sell, her instincts proved to be correct and she was able to accomplish her goal of obtaining a significant profit on the property.   Jeanine realized real estate had her heart and has since worked hard to build a business that pays tribute to her past and focuses on building relationships based on one theme- Real Estate Refined.

 Today, Jeanine works with selective clients helping them achieve the rewards of a refined lifestyle.   To Jeanine, a refined lifestyle is defined by the individual and she specializes at discerning and executing upon the desired result.

 She brings local knowledge and experience that she gained first as a vacationer to the area, and now as a resident. She guides her clients with clarity and compassion for a smooth & stress-free approach. She holds certifications for Expert Negotiator, New Home Construction & Buyer Representative and Resort & Second Home Specialist. She also trained at the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing to further support her refined real estate approach and has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist title. 

 Giving back is very important to Jeanine. She donates a portion of each commission to local charities such as St. Martin DePorres Outreach, Abuse Counseling Treatment, Harry Chapin and larger charities such as St. Jude, and Tunnels to Towers, to name just a few.  Jeanine and her husband stay busy, both running their own businesses. In their free time they enjoy boating, traveling, fishing and enjoying the local restaurants and events. She also enjoys photography, gardening and most importantly quality time with friends and family.  Jeanine aspires every day to help others; both in her personal and professional life.
