Me and my husband first moved to Florida last December and we’re renting a home. When my husband got his new job, we knew we were going to stay in Florida for a while and as a new married couple the next step was to find our first official home! We met with Doug and told him all that we needed in a new home. He was able to provide that and more. As new home owners we had lots of questions and he answered them all! He didn’t take advantage of us being new to this and instead he guided us in the right direction and asked questions we didn’t even think of. We highly recommend Doug and his lovely wife Janelle to anyone looking for a place to call home. They’re beyond wonderful and made our house hunting process a short and amazing one! Thanks again! I had an amazing experience with Doug and Janelle Duncan who went above and beyond for me. I closed this past Monday on a beautiful pool home with spa that I could have never imagined owning. At the closing I was given a beautiful gift basket to start life in my new home. These two people have completely changed my life and have become family because I know for a fact they will always be there for me. If you are looking to purchase a home call them and you will immediately see what I am talking about.
