True professionals make it look easy. That certainly was apparent with Linda and Seana of Coldwell Banker Danforth Global Luxury in Gig Harbor, WA marketing our home there. You might think a Realtor just lists your home and waits for the buyers to call. Well, some might do it that way, but Linda and Seana do not; they produced the most fantastic video using a drone and perfect staging to highlight our property, then posted it to all the important sites with Open House information and many details not commonly thought of. Their attention to detail helped us better understand the process and prepare our home for listing, which I believe improved our prospects of selling quickly at the best price. I am sure every home has similarities, but often there are peculiarities with homes that can throw a curveball to a listing. In our case, Linda and Seana became "roof" experts to better explain the advantages of an older Cedar Shake roof. This fairly represented our property, while ensuring the buyers knew how to evaluate the roof. I chuckle about this, as it proves a True Professional will do whatever is necessary to do the best job for their clients, and Linda and Seana did that. Would I use them again? YES, most certainly.
