About Denise

Denise is an Associate Broker and REALTOR® at Realty Executives International, where she was recognized as the Top Solo Real Estate Agent in Maricopa County and ranked #2 in Worldwide Production in 2022. With a career spanning four decades in the Phoenix–Scottsdale real estate market, she began in commercial construction and development before transitioning to residential real estate in 2005. By the age of 30, she had earned her B-1 General Contracting license and was securities licensed with Series 6, 7, 22, and 63 credentials. Denise is based out of the Realty Executives Phoenix headquarters in Scottsdale, at Hayden and Shea. Her husband, Patrick, serves as President of Realty Executives International, supporting agents and brokers across more than 500 offices worldwide. Norm Hampton co-leads the Exec-Elite team alongside Denise. A proud Arizona State University graduate and Air Force veteran, Norm joined Denise in 2023 after retiring from a distinguished 30-year career in medical technology sales leadership. Throughout his professional life, he and his wife also pursued a passion for real estate, flipping homes and completing major remodels—together, they’ve transformed more than a dozen properties. Norm is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and still holds ASU’s squat record, set in 1990 when he earned a collegiate championship title. Denise & Patrick have been active YPO members for 30 years. Denise is a past State Chair of the USGBC. She is currently working on a Masters Degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. They have two daughters and one granddaughter and live in Paradise Valley.
