Nina, along with her team, Frank Seely and Katelynn Nunez, ensure every relationship and transaction reflects their combined deep market knowledge and decades of network influences, with discretion and dedication to client advocacy in crossover business, representing buyers and sellers in luxury residential, lifestyle commercial, and investment properties. As a distinguished leader committed to the Austin community, Nina's contributions extend beyond real estate. Nina has founded nonprofit organizations and has served in various leadership roles for numerous organizations and nonprofits, including this year as 2024 Chair of the Austin Board of Realtors Foundation Committee, the American Heart Association's Board of Directors as Leadership Chair, and on committees for the Center For Child Protection and The Kindness Campaign. Nina has achieved numerous professional and philanthropic accolades, showcasing a commitment to excellence, engaging partnerships, and dedication to our community. 

Nina was Co-Chair for Go Red for Women 2022. She was a Dancer for The Center for Child Protection’s “Dancing With The Stars Austin 2020” and named a 2018 “Salonniere 100” Honoree by the Salonniere, was a 2015 “Women of Power” award winner, 2010 Glossy 8 Style and Tastemaker award winner, 2007-2009 Ralph Lauren “Innovator” and “Big Idea” award winner, Saks FAC Leadership Council Chair, 2002 “Austin Under 40” Finalist and AU40 Founder, Ballet Austin 2000 “Women on their Toes” award winner. 

Nina attended Massey Business College and is an advocate for the advancement of women, the protection of children, and the health and well-being of those in need.
