About Natalie

As a life-long Dallas resident, Natalie Swanson grew up in Richardson, and continued her education at Texas Tech University, with a B.A. in Communications. While at Tech, she was actively involved in several organizations and worked with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Muscular Dystrophy Association while earning her degree.

After college, Natalie returned to Dallas and pursued a career in the pharmaceutical industry. With Natalie’s communications background, and over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, she has the talent to navigate rules and regulations, comprehend contracts, and communicate effectively and professionally.

As an active real estate agent, Natalie has helped her clients purchase their first home, larger houses for growing families, and even vacation properties across the country. 
Natalie has also helped friends sell their parent's homes, and farm and ranch properties. She is also a relocation expert for Coldwell Banker and several corporations across Dallas/ Ft. Worth.

Natalie truly has a servant's heart and enjoys giving back to her community. She is an active champion for finding a cure for childhood cancer. After Natalie's brother was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, her parents founded and helped develop Children's Cancer Fund of Dallas. With every home she sells, Natalie makes a donation to St. Jude, which helps children locally with their cancer treatment protocols.
In addition, Natalie also helps make wishes come true for children nominated to the North Texas Make-A-Wish Foundation as a wish grantor.
