After only a month with Dana, I found what turned out to be the home I have been looking for. Even though this was not Dana’s own listing, she arranged a showing and pointed out many details I may have missed. She was very helpful recommending home inspectors and other service professionals who turned out to do a fantastic job. After negotiating an offer, the appraisal came in lower than anyone expected. It looked like the deal was going to fall apart and everyone was disappointed and ready to give up. Dana carefully reviewed the appraisal and found inconsistencies and other more appropriate comps that the Appraiser failed to use. She worked with my bank to get the appraiser to consider other comps closer fair market value removing a foreclosure that shouldn’t have been used as a comp. The sellers agreed to the new appraisal and I am the happy owner of my dream home thanks to Dana. She has the knowledge, negotiating skills, and persistence that I have found lacking in other realtors. I highly recommend her to anyone who is tired of the typical part time realtors you normally find today.
