Rob helped my husband and I find the perfect place in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. After looking at many properties we narrowed it down to 2 properties in different neighborhoods. Ultimately, we chose the property we are in now, because of Rob's professional analysis and recommendations concerning the property values in the neighborhood. Long term, he felt that one of the properties was located in a more desirable and stable neighborhood, and would be a better investment. Needless to say, within 3 years of purchasing our townhome, 2 other properties in our townhouse community sold for $160K more than what we paid.
