From there, she was an incredible resource on contractors for any home improvement and little things such as new physicians and dentists for our family. She never forgets her clients with gifts on your doorstep and events throughout each year. 4 years later when it came time to move back east and sell our home, we again turned to Holly. She worked with us to tasteful add little renovations to our home to maximize price. She knew the market, priced our home at maximum dollar value that captured 2 offers within 48 hours. We have bought and sold 4 homes with wonderful agents across the country, yet Holly's professionalism and friendship sets the bar. We simply cannot laud her enough, nor thank her enough for all that she did for our family.

Holly is so amazing! She helped us find our home in Castaic, and then she helped us sell our house when we moved back to Northern California. We were working with a pretty tight timeline, but Holly made it all happen in time, at a good price and always with a smile on her face! She is so nice and thoughtful - she recommended a moving service and she had an electrician, a plumber, and AC guy and a handyman in her network to help us with all the minor things we needed to fix. Saved us a lot of time and effort and allowed us to focus on other things like packing and our sanity! Holly is seriously not only an amazing realtor, but also a TREMENDOUS human being. About Holly

Holly Thompson is a relocation expert with a depth of first-hand experience! Her father served in the Air Force as a fighter pilot, and by the time she was 18, Holly’s family went through 21 military relocations. Being acclimated to travel and meeting new people served Holly well in her early career, and she excelled in corporate and medical sales positions.

When it was time to put down roots, Holly chose the Santa Clarita Valley. Her family had visited Valencia when she was in high school, and she remembered the beautiful neighborhoods and warm, sunny climate.
