We used the USAA Real Estate Rewards Program and Tammy Kerr was assigned as agent. I couldn't have picked a better agent myself for our home search. We looked at a LOT of houses and the house we ended up buying wasn't even one that was on my list to look at. It was the perfect house for us! Prior to her real estate profession, Tammy designed homes and house plans for numerous high-end builders, winning interior design and floor plan awards for more than 10 years. Her background in Engineering, Interior Design, and space planning is invaluable to her profession and sets her apart from other agents in her area. Tammy has resided in Holland, Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, and Saugatuck and her knowledge of the upper-tier market on the lakeshore is helpful in listing and finding a home for her clients. Tammy always goes above and beyond her real estate expertise.
