What do Clients Say?
If you want someone who is attentive to all your questions and is impeccable with follow up then you need to work with penny. We have bought 8 houses during our lifetime and every year the process becomes more complex. I have never worked with a finer agent. She is helpful but not pushy, she had a clear picture of our needs and never wasted our time and when we hit critical deadlines she was always there to make sure things got done right and on time. Plus, penny is a delightful person that make she whole experience fun.Zillow
Penny was the best. She helped us find our new home and arranged for us to see the property before the open house. She got us in the house first, and we made an offer and got the house.Penny did such a great job on the new home, that we used her to sell our Condo and we got a full ask offer immediately. The paperwork and process was smooth and Penny was with us the whole way through the process. We would recommend Penny for all your Real Estate needs. I would recommend Penny to my family and friends. Penny was always quick to respond to emails, text and phone calls. This was extremely helpful to us.Zillow
Penny was great! I was impressed with how flexible she was to work with our schedule. I was impressed with how well she represented us and how well she worked with other more challenging realtors. We choose Penny because she was one of the highest rated realtors in the Franklin tn area where we were looking. Even before we started looking to buy, Penny scouted out rentals for us so we could get into the area and look around. She was great with our children and understood our family needs and wants, listened well for what we were looking for and made great recommendations. I would definitely recommend Penny Goldberg to any friends, family, neighbors, strangers, and anyone looking at buying/selling a home!Zillow
Penny Goldberg was such an incredible relator. She is so kind, patient, and communicative, but eager to get you what you want.I would highly reccomend her for your reality needs. I have an intense work schedule and work jobs, she was still able to fit me in and work with my schedule to get me to the houses I loved. There were ups and downs after hearing others offered were accepted, but she was so positive and eager to get back out there and find the right house. Penny is also a big gardener, mother, and wife who sees more to life then just numbers which is amazing to feel part of her world, not just another client. Thanks so much penny We love you.Zillow

To most people, my role as a real estate agent is to buy and sell houses. In reality, I wear many different hats, inside and outside of real estate. As a real estate agent in Middle Tennessee, my most important role may be that of an educator. Real estate transactions can be confusing and frustrating if you aren't involved with it every day as I am. It's my job to make sure my clients have a complete understanding of the market and the process we need to follow. I also have the job of keeping them in the know. Nothing can be more upsetting to a person trying to buy or sell a house and not having a clue of what's going on. So, I make sure I answer the phone when they call or get back to them ASAP. When clients are involved in what may be the greatest financial and emotional transaction of their lives, I provide a calming influence by keeping them informed. On other days, I may serve as a reassuring advisor, helping them to find the bright side even when circumstances aren't going the way we hoped it would. Sometimes, too, I'm a strong negotiator, making sure they get the best deal possible. Always, I'm a trusted adviser, assisting them in making wise decisions that will affect them for years to come. I often call on my experience as someone who has moved often to help people relocating into or out of Williamson or Davidson Counties adjust to the new life that awaits them. And in a new technology-driven age, I'm e-PRO®-certified to ensure the wonderful technologies at our disposal work for their benefit. Outside of real estate, I'm a devoted wife and mother, making sure my own kids are prepared to face the world. I have a degree in Art Education from Long Island University. I'm also a Master Gardener with the Master Gardeners Association, where I volunteer to help make the world a more beautiful place. Educator. Negotiator. Adviser. Relocation Specialist. e-PRO® expert. Wife. Mother. Artist. Gardener. At the end of each day, I will probably have worn each of these hats and, as a result, provide the best real estate experience my clients will ever receive. When you're ready to move forward with your real estate plans, call or text me at 615-388-1093. I'll be wearing the right hat for the occasion.
