We have sold and bought 12 homes in our life time. I can say without a doubt that Mark has been the best Real Estate Professional I have ever had. When I think of the main qualities I want in a realtor - Mark has them all. He is on time, every time. He is knowledgeable about all types of home issues (structural, area, etc.). He knows more about areas than anyone would ever want to know (but I'm fairly sure he cheats and researches for hours). He is skilled at negotiations (~10% below initial asking). He is not not there just to sell you the first house you see. He cares about you being happy with your choice. He is personable. He is VERY responsive. All in all, Mark is a phenomenal realtor and we plan on using him in all future real estate dealings.

So, I do not usually write reviews for services or places. Usually the reviewer at the time of review is at a heightened level of emotion. They write a review immediately after having a "THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE" or the far more common "THE WORST THING TO EVER HAPPENED TO ME, JUST... HAPPENED... " moment. So I took my time to wait a while til after Marks services and duties had been fulfilled as our real estate agent in order to properly asses his actual performance as a whole. Looking back from start to finish we have to go back a LONG while, as we first contacted Mark back in December of 2016 to help us look for that perfect home. Today, it's early October 2017 and I have to say he stuck with us through all of our crazy, over the top demands and never once batted an eye. He took care of us and made sure we knew what was out there for us, and let us look at our own pace. NEVER ONCE did I feel like I was just a sale to him. In fact I felt like we were long time friends, and he was using his newly acquired license to "Help a friend out". Truth is though we just found him on an advert here on Zillow. Not only was his service personable, and above and beyond accommodating, he also did a bang-up-job. He was 100% on our side at all times. He would tell us all the time "Hey guys just to let you know this house is gonna need this, or you guys probably wont like that". And these are on homes that were on the high end, ones I could only imagine would mean more money for him. Did he care if HE made the money? nope. All he cared about was knowing WE would be happy with our new home. Oh, and don't even get me started on his negotiation skills... seriously, don't. I can make an independent 5 star review based SOLELY on that. Let's just say after it was all said and done... I kinda felt bad for the sellers, but not TOO bad because it was a quite a win for us HA!! I could go on and on about the level of detail and the amazing things he did for us as his clients but I don't think anyone has anytime to read a 3 part mini-series. Even this review has gotten long, but it's necessary to convey the severity of how AMAZING Mark Bradford truly is as a Real Estate Professional. I truly hope you consider using Mark for your home buying needs because there really is NO one better, and my wife and I have used a number of agents in the past.
