Kellie was amazing to work with on our land purchase! Her attention to detail, hard work ethic, follow through, and willingness to take on the extra work representing buyers from well over 1,000 miles away is second to none. Also she is well educated and experienced in finance. Truth is we were ghosted by 2 other realtors once they found out we were on the east coast attempting to purchase remotely, but Kellie stepped up to the plate and hit a home run! Buying real estate sight unseen is risky and requires a lot of trust between the buyer and agent. Never once did I feel any distrust in Kellie's thoughts and opinions on the different parcels we looked at. In addition to her normal duties, she had to go above and beyond to be our eyes in Colorado. She spent time video recording and taking pictures, traveling to the numerous parcels we expressed interest in, and even took the time to put in an offer that ultimately was not accepted on a different parcel. Kellie worked with us for more than a year - looking for the perfect home! She was patient, listened carefully to our thoughts and needs, and was always willing to check out a place that we'd heard about or seen online. She did several videos for us knowing that our location south of Pueblo sometimes made trips to see a property inconvenient. She called to tell us of a property that had just come on the market and then with our agreement, went to view it the next morning, calling right away to say she thought it was one we should see. About two hours later we'd driven an hour north, seen the home and I was writing an earnest money check! She walked me step by step through the paperwork right to closing.
