I’ve bought and sold a lot of houses in my lifetime and Laura is, hands down, the best realtor with whom I’ve EVER worked. I recently sold my home with her, as well as bought another one, with Laura. And she was amazing in every way. First of all because she had done thorough research, she convinced me to list my home at a lower price than I had envisioned based on market conditions. And she was spot on! There was so much interest! We had over 120 people come through the open houses and I got an all cash offer, over asking, in just a few days. In fact, my Broadwater home set a record for highest sale price EVER for an interior Broadwater home, and by 60k! Once I was in contract, she held my hand throughout the process, helping me deal with a few bumps in the road with such professionalism and skill. On the buying side, oh my god, Laura and her team were extraordinary! No matter where I wanted to look (St Pete, Parrish, Palmetto, Bradenton or even Dunedin and Sarasota) Laura had a team member who would meet me to see the home. And this was over the course of 3 months! I’ve never worked with a realtor who was so accommodating in this respect, all because she has a team! Laura Marie and her team are amazing! After 20 years in my home, it was time for me to sell to move closer to family. I needed a realtor who made me feel comfortable. I knew Laura was a true professional who would watch out for my property and my interests. I decided to go with Laura Marie of Laura Marie Group after I’d talked to her and felt comfortable with how she does business and the selling process. This was a HUGE transition for my family and Laura was compassionate, sweet, funny, knowledgeable, and extremely timely.
