About Kathryn

Kathryn is a Florida native, having been born right here in St. Petersburg! She went to high school and college in Atlanta, and followed her dreams to New York and Los Angeles.                  

She went in to retail management, working her way up to district manager in high-end ladies wear stores. She held positions in various chains for over 30 years before returning to her home here in Florida. She saw the opportunities available in real estate, and with her excellent customer service skills, has been a successful Realtor serving the Tampa Bay area for over 17 years!                                              

Kathryn's extensive knowledge of real estate policies and procedures will help you avoid the many potential pitfalls on the path to your new residence. Her negotiating skills can be counted on to get you the best possible price on your home, whether you are the buyer or the seller. Kathryn’s skilled, caring attitude has given many of her past clients the feeling that they are her only clients when she is working with them. She has earned her SRES  (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation. “After dealing with selling my Mother’s condo, having to find and place her in an assisted living facility, I realized how difficult and emotional this can be for the senior and their adult children. So, I have decided to expand my knowledge and receive additional training in dealing with the senior population!”

​Kathryn volunteers as a driver for Meal on Wheels and is a proud “Big Sister” with the Pinellas County Big Brother Big Sister organization. She was also VP and board member of Girl’s Inc. She has successfully created and run networking groups to help grow and inspire business women! Kathryn serves on the Pinellas County Political Action Committee. She believes in giving back to her community!
