Sold a single family home for a little over $1,300,000 in Hinsdale, Il What realtor to use is a difficult question. Should I go with the one who ranks #1 in home sales? Or perhaps the realtor who spends $100,000 on advertising to get my listing noticed? And everyone has a friend or relative that's a realtor. Choosing the right realtor for you can really make a difference whether you sell your house or it sits on the market. I must have interviewed a dozen realtor over the years and was never 100% comfortable until I met Rosaria Becker. She was very honest, straight forward and extremely responsive. When we initially met, she didn't brag about the number of houses she has sold but told me about today's buyers and what they're looking for compared to what my home had to offer. She let me make the decisions for making changes to better appeal to today's buyer versus listing my home as is. I made minor alterations including a little paint and changing some furniture. After 23 days on the market, we had an offer. Within 60 days we closed onour house at 98% of asking price. Throughout the process, Rosaria made us feel very comfortable. She was personally at every showing and every open house. She walked every person thru our home to ensure they noticed all the "extra's". Now more then 3 months after the closing, Rosaria continues to go up and beyond. Unfortunately, we still get mail at our old home. Rosaria not only informs us but picks it up and drops it in our mail box. We can't say enough about her. She is very customer focused and always gives much more then 100%. We strongly recommend Rosaria. She is truly one of the best in the industry.

Rosaria earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.  She graduated Magna cum Laude from Loyola University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Rosaria serves on the Women’s’ Board at St John of the Cross in Western Springs. She’s president elect for the West Suburban Women’s’ Entrepreneurs and served on the board for the from 2016- present. She’s a member of Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Association of Realtors. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Italian.
