My husband and I worked with Dusty to purchase a vacation rental in Boone and we really cannot say enough good things about her. This was our third real estate transaction with Dusty and every one has been a VERY positive experience. Our first experience was when she sold us a beautiful 23 acre parcel in Vilas, NC. She then sold it for us when we changed our minds and decided that we would rather buy an existing home than build. In those capacities she acted as a buyers agent then as a sellers agent and she wore those hats perfectly, always looking out for our best behalf. In this latest transaction, Dusty really went to bat for us. She helped us navigate our way through a delicate issue on the home we really wanted to buy. She took the extra time to help us negotiate the price down because of some undisclosed issues on the house. I was ready to buy and pay full price for this beautiful home up on Beech Mountain because we loved it so much but Dusty was determined. She discovered some structural issues that saved us $100K and cost her some serious commission. I think that says it all. Dusty took a pretty deep cut in commission so that we would get the best deal on our dream home. Now thats an agent I want to do business with!
