About Anita

Anita graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science to complement a double minor.  She has been selling real estate for 17 years now.  Having owned and operated several successful businesses in real estate and construction, Anita has a strong grasp on the real estate industry.  She has started a business from the ground up and managed to take her sales from zero to over 17 million per year.  Having a 95% referral rate & repeat business she offers excellent customer service that incorporates integrity and honesty.  When Anita takes you on as a client she places CARE for what is best for you and your family.

Whether you’re a Buyer or a Seller, Anita has got you covered.  She loves the challenge of finding a place your family can call “HOME”.  She looks forward to the adventure of selling your existing home so that you can turn the page to the next chapter of your life.  A veteran of the real estate industry, she has worked with investors and helped several build a large, profitable portfolio.  She’s knowledgeable on modern construction and has represented multiple builders as well as become a co-owner/CFO of an award winning residential building company.  Anita has represented several churches in selling and buying their church properties.

In her spare time Anita is very passionate about mission and outreaches.  Within the local community Anita assists with annual inner city outreaches that give away thousands of household items, shoes, clothing, food, etc.  Anita is also a seasoned speaker to corporate groups & churches.
