My mother and step - father recently passed away within several months of each other. Part of the estate was a co-op in midtown Manhattan. I live in Boston and had no need or desire for the unit. When we decided to sell our house, we got lucky when we met Bill. He came to look at our house, thought about it, told us, "I will do an open house next weekend, I will get an offer that first weekend, and secure a non contingent signed contract by the end of that week" We were sold by his confidence, and not so bad looks, and agreed to proceed, thinking that yes, he would sell it but were not really believing the time frame. RESULTS: We got an offer, at that open house, and went into contract by weeks end..... Happy to say we closed on the house, and soon to purchase another house with Bill....
