Kathryn McHone

Where Luxury Feels Like Home...

What do Clients Say?

Kathy is extremely familiar with the Kerrville market and was a valuable resource to guide us through the many real estate options we considered. We highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home or land, as she understands every aspect of the process from identifying what's available to closing the transaction. Jeff & Natalie

Kathy took the bull by the horns and was more than helpful in the process - including pricing, selling, preparation for showing and handling details with owners from out of town. She coordinated the whole thing from start to finish and her coaching was invaluable. I'm glad to have made her acquaintance. Kathryn and Sandy Matthews, Georgetown, TX

Kathy was a Great Choice for us. Our home had been on the market off and on for the past 4 years. We switched agencies and went with Century 21 The Hills Realty. Kathy was recommended by a friend. We met with her to discuss a strategy and Kathy helped us decide on a realistic Sale Price. She marketed our home beautifully and I think her connection to The San Antonio area was helpful. Our house was shown many times while listed with her. She was always at the showings and followed up with us about What happened during the showing. That was very important to me. Kathy also acted as our agent while purchasing property to build our future home on. I highly recommend Kathryn McHone and will do so to any friends wishing to sale their property.
