Laura and Alba are knowledgeable, compassionate, positive and true professionals in the real estate industry. Completion on my condo, purchased pre-construction, was delayed by 2 years due to Covid. Life happens, situations change, making it necessary for me to sell my unit on assignment, prior to occupancy and closing. It was a challenging listing, with difficult restrictions attached to the assignment schedule by the developer.
