I recently decided that I was interested in finding a new home that features some things that I have been missing. I reached out to Patty to start the process. This was not my first time working with Patty, which tells you that I have already been happy working with her in the past. She did not disappoint. As before, she worked tirelessly to both help me prepare and sell my current home, and find a new place that checked all the boxes for me. Patty's knowledge and ethics and hard work are to be commended! I am happy to say, she has once again helped me get to my next home.

Patty took us through the whole process of finding a new house and selling our condo. She set us up with an MLS search, which we tweaked a couple of times because of the market, but through that and some of my own searching, we found houses to go see. Patty was also very good at suggesting contractors, for both getting our condo ready to sell, mortgage firm, lawyers and for fixes for our new house. I looked up everyone she suggested and they all had good reviews and in almost all cases turned out to be the best option. The one exception was the painters, but that had more to do with the time of year and the painters she suggested being overbooked. While seeing houses Patty was very detailed and pointed out things that you would expect a house inspector to point out. I think she got to this level because she came out when we had our home inspection and asked a lot of good questions that I wouldn't have thought of. Even with having someone like Patty helping us, it took a little over a year to find the house we wanted, with a couple of attempts that didn't work out. So you will have to be patient going through this process, and having someone like Patty really helps.

An Acton native, Patty has a heart for Massachusetts and unparalleled expertise of the area. Graduating from top-rated Acton-Boxborough High School, Patty didn’t go far to seek higher education. Receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University’s School of Engineering, and later her MBA from Harvard’s Graduate School of Business Administration, Patty has found her home in Middlesex County.
