Knowing Gwen has been a pleasure. She really got to know us by listening to what we were looking for. We started looking at larger condos in the later part of 2019. Covid put a damper on everything in 2020. Gwen stayed in contact with us during quarantine to let us know she was still searching for a condo that would be perfect for us. Our primary home is in Ohio. During the quarantine we weren’t in FL for nearly 10 months. Gwen still sent videos-virtual tours of a group of new condos for sale. This past December she sent us a video of a new condo in Talis Park. She also sent a video of a virtual tour of one of the identical models so we could see what those empty rooms could look like furnished and decorated. We Instantly knew that was the one we wanted. We made an offer and it was accepted. We flew to Naples the end of December 2020. Gwen met us at the condo we purchased and also walked us through a few decorated models so we could see them in person. Breen had to return to Ohio. I was staying in Naples to complete the process of what needed done before closing. I did not know exactly what to do to fill out a Punch Sheet. Gwen could tell I needed help with things to look for. She spent hours with me going through every room to fill out that Punch Sheet with things that needed fixed. There were many other things she helped me with before we Closed on the condo.
