Ell Group Real Estate, eXp Realty is led by Jeff Ell, a REALTOR® and Associate Broker. Originally from Indianapolis, Jeff moved to Tucson in 1998 and bought his first home at age 20 and quickly realized the longterm benefits of home ownership and investment in real estate.

Jeff earned his real estate license and started his team, Ell Real Estate Team, in 2006. The team provides clients with dedicated seller and buyer services, administrative support, and marketing expertise. In 2014, he launched Ell Exclusive Real Estate Group, the luxury arm of his team, to serve a broader range of buyers and sellers in the Tucson market.

Since his start in the real estate industry, Jeff has independently managed every aspect of his business. The growth of his team and the addition of Ell Exclusive Real Estate Group has allowed him to expand client services to include dedicated and personalized attention for luxury buyers and sellers.

Jeff is a member of the Tucson chapter of Urban Land Institute, CCIM, a Greater Tucson Leadership graduate, and a recipient of Inside Tucson Business’ “Up & Comers” Award. He was recognized by the Tucson Association of REALTORS® with the Roy P. Drachman Community Service Award in 2012.

Jeff is an avid cyclist and enjoys Tucson’s many great rides, especially Mt. Lemmon and the weekly Shootout.
