If you are looking to buy or sell a home in San Diego, then Thomas Baker is the person you should call. My husband and I purchased our home in San Diego with Thomas back in 2010. I am convinced we wouldn't have gotten the home without his efforts. He went above and beyond to make sure our offer was the most appealing (even when another offer was pretty much accepted before ours). We most recently used Thomas to sell our place since we were moving East. His knowledge of the market was on point, and our place sold after the first open house. He made sure we got the best price for our place even though the appraisal came in lower than the buyer's offer. He is overall a great realtor and very personable. Call Thomas! You won't regret it.
