The Best Business and Personal Experience I have Ever Had! My husband and I first met Michael through the Realtor.com website from a listing we were interested in. Even though we have purchased a home before, we have never had any experience working with a realtor. We were a little scared at first but decided to move forward. The first time I spoke with Michael it was a relief to have someone that was working on our side and had so much knowledge of the market and procedures. We were experiencing a lack of communication with our lender and were really disappointed with the way things were going. However, Michael was always there to explain things to us and to guide us in the process. Michael always answered the phone and texts, no matter if it was 8:30 pm and I wanted to ask him a question just to ease my nerves.
