Just as her name suggests, Janis Moore is someone who strives to get more out of life each and every day.  Whether she is at the lake for a day, traveling, serving on mission trips, or sharing time with her 5 granddaughters, she'll tell you it's easy to do so living here in beautiful Western North Carolina. 

Janis began her real estate career in 1978  and specializes mostly in residential real estate, Condos, Multi-family and Investment properties, Luxury homes, First-time home buyers, New construction, Land Development,  Lots, Land and Acreage, Farms,Golf course communities, Tax exchanges, Retirement properties, and some Commercial properties as well. She has sold out several entire developments and has 3 years of on-site development experience. 

Janis remains active in keeping informed about  the newest projects and latest changes in the planning and zoning laws and was instrumental in spear-heading a zoning change for 2,500 acres in Henderson County.
