It was truly a delight to work with Susan. I was overwhelmed when it came time to sell my father's home, but Susan made the process so effortless. From the very beginning, she was there for me, helping to stage the home with her own touches, waiting at the house for inspectors to show up, recommending things I could do to improve the curb appeal (she even planted flowers!). Although she had other clients and other showings, Susan always made me feel as though my home were her priority, answering my calls promptly, holding several open houses, and even making goodie bags for each prospective buyer to take home with them. I purchased a home in 2018 to flip. Not keeping an eye on things my partner did everything. Susan was the second Realtor to come onto the project. I had no idea how much was wrong until my partner past way. We had several offers with Susan which all seem to fall apart right after inspections. Each time Susan stepped up her marketing and open houses. She was dealing with the town to make sure all the permits were done and closed. Susan is a force to be reckoned with. She will never let you down. She is more than honest and speaks her mind, she is highly professional, and protects her clients. By far the best experience I have had with a realtor. Susan was able to locate and find every single type of home that fit our profile until we were able to find the perfect one. She is never pushy, always listens, and has the best understanding of what her clients are looking for. I can say from personal experience that she always sticks up for her clients as well, regardless of who she deals with.... and this is one of her most admirable traits. She has an unbelievable amount of knowledge about the market/communities which is an invaluable asset as well.
