You may be confused and concerned as to who your advocate is in the process of buying or selling a house. It was certainly mine and my wife's. With Tricia, I would put those fears to rest. When my husband and I decided to purchase a house and list ours within a short timeframe, we did an organic search for local real estate agents by reaching out to numerous friends and doing additional research via reviews/the internet.
