About Keith

Keith has been involved in the Real Estate industry since the late 1970’s.  He has had the opportunity to watch, participate in and, in some cases, even shape the direction and evolution of many innovations in the industry. He has overseen the successful closing of tens of thousands of transactions and the activities of hundreds of agents.  

Keith’s experience in varied Real Estate markets provides him with a truly unique ability to understand the many needs of the diverse clients throughout the Greater Puget Sound Region of Western Washington. In fact, you would be very hard-pressed to find another real estate agent in the state with as much transactional and administrative knowledge as Keith. Why is this important to you? When it is time to buy or sell, experience simply means there aren’t too many problems he hasn’t overcome and he almost always has a professional on speed dial who can be called upon to help.  

He recently joined Corcoran Lifestyle properties as the Senior Managing Broker, after merging his former company Executive Real Estate, Inc., which had been regarded as an innovator and model for what many call "Next Generation" brokerages, into the Corcoran Group. He truly has the experience and the hands-on involvement that make him one of the industry's most respected members. In fact, the National Association of REALTORS again, recently inducted Keith into the RPAC "Hall of Fame" for his longtime commitment as an RPAC Major Investor.
