Since relocating to Jacksonville in 1985, Grace McCurry has embraced everything Florida has to offer—from its rich history and sunshine-filled days to its welcoming communities and coastal beauty. Now a proud resident of St. Johns, Grace brings deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for helping others to her work as a real estate professional.
With a strong foundation in retail and customer service, Grace made the leap into entrepreneurship in 1991, launching a successful business with her husband, Boyd. After selling the company in 2003, she discovered a natural connection between her retail experience and the real estate world, leading her to pursue a new path in 2005.
Her commitment to service and results was evident from the start: Grace closed $1.25 million in sales her first year and continued to grow her success year after year. She earned the Chairman’s Award in 2014 for surpassing $5 million in sales and the Gold Award the following year for exceeding $6 million. Even during a challenging 2024 market, Grace remained focused and resilient, closing just under $8 million in sales—a testament to her work ethic, market savvy, and deep client trust.
Clients value Grace for her honesty, dedication, and approachable nature. She believes strong communication is the cornerstone of every successful transaction and strives to be both a reliable professional and a supportive guide. Her leadership skills were also recognized when she stepped into a management role at the Mandarin Resource Center, where she mentored fellow agents with the same care and commitment she offers her clients.
