About Trish

I believe that being a Realtor is not just about buying or selling a home. It’s about the relationships we create and the friends we make along the way. After travelling with my military family I chose to call Maryville home since 1991. I have been a full time Realtor since 2004 and love the joy and excitement a client has when they have find 'the one'. I have a high repeat and referral business and believe it is due to my love of this crazy business we call real estate. I believe that my personal touch, professional representation, prompt communication and expert negotiating skills sets me apart from your ‘average agent’. While maintaining my Broker's license, I chose to accept a Leadership role in 2016 with one of the largest franchises in the world. This allowed me to have a pivotal role in putting franchises on the map in Maryville and Sevierville, TN. In October 2020, I joined forces with eXp Realty, the fastest growing agent-centric international brokerage. One year later, I opended my own Branch Office and will continue to expand the brand into many major cities throughout East Tennessee and the United States I am a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer, Speaker and Teacher and eXp Certified Mentor. I have been called a visionary and connector of people.
