About Carmen

Carmen Bird's career began as an Arctitectural Engineer at JPL NASA in Pasadenda, Ca. Her architectural expertise and years with refining detail, easily transfered to her next career in Real Estate in 1992.

Relocating to Elk Grove, Ca. Starting in the New Home Sales industry. Serving on the Building Industry Association, Sales & Marketing Council. Worked with 100's of Buyer's fulfill their homeownership dreams & goals, earning many sales awards.

After 10 years in New Homes Sales, she shifted to start her own Real Estate business with Lyon Real Estate. Joined the National Assocation of REALTORS, then became active in Womens Council of REALTORS, serving the board and earning the prestigous WCR "REALTOR of the YEAR".

Carmen accepted the invitation to be a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World & Luxury Portfolio International.

Served on the National Association of Residential Property Managers Board as the Legistative Chair.

Must recently she's also earned a Membership in The Institude for Luxury Home Marketing.
