We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Tracy and Carl Baglio. We needed help selling our home of 14 years in Saint Paul, and then buying a new one in Stillwater. Tracy and Carl were there for us from beginning to end. Neither process was easy and without problems. From staging, to moving power lines and dealing with chimney issues to sell. And then to finding a home in a low inventory market, trying to close a deal from Washington D.C., and patiently looking and looking for a home that would work for our budget, style wants, and location.
