About Jennifer

Jennifer Handy offers a winning combination of skills and experience to her real estate clients. Exceedingly personable and community-oriented, she is also a fierce advocate for her clients’ interests and extremely attentive to the many vital details of even the most complex transactions.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Jennifer graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Before she earned her real estate license in 2006, she enjoyed careers as a Certified Public Accountant and small-business owner – pursuits that gave her a special appreciation for the importance of clear communication, responsive customer care, and watchful attention to detail. In addition, she has personal experience purchasing, remodeling, building, managing, and selling investment properties, which gives her valuable perspective from both sides of the negotiating table.

As a residential Realtor specializing in Huntington Beach and Newport Beach, Jennifer provides award-winning service to sellers and buyers throughout Orange County and beyond. She holds numerous specialty certifications, including Relocation Specialist with experience in multiple markets, Navy Federal (NFCU) RealtyPlus Preferred Agent, USAA^® Real Estate Rewards Network Realtor and the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Certification.

Jennifer is also a graduate of the Robert Mayer Leadership Academy and serves as Treasurer of the Huntington Beach Police and Community Foundation and on the City of Huntington Beach Investment Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Coastal-West Orange County, the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jennifer is married to her husband Rob of 30 years and they are the proud parents of two extraordinary daughters.
