Service with a smile – it’s as simple as that.  Jeanna Jackson, The FlyGirl Realtor,  is devoted to navigating her clients through the real estate maze.  Buyers and sellers come with their hopes and dreams, their concerns and conflicts, as well as their wants and needs.  Listening is her special skill and negotiating is another strong suit.  After the transaction is over, it’s the clients who are smiling. 

There’s a reason Jeanna faces all challenges with a smile.  She was a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines for 32 years.  Smiling was part of the job and she loved the job.  Listening to the needs of her passengers and taking care of them was a way of life, but more importantly, serving others is what makes her tick.  One day she realized that as much as she enjoyed it, she wasn’t going to be able to fly forever.  That’s when she began to wonder, “What’s next.”

She realized the airline industry had changed a lot during her tenure, as had Southwest Airlines.  Before leaving she took on one more challenge and it was one of her biggest.  Not all the changes in the industry and her company had been good ones.  That’s something she wanted to fix before she left.  Jeanna locked arms with her fellow airline employees and fought to right some of the wrongs.  It was the battle of a lifetime and it was one she was up to.

Residential real estate was a natural fit for Jeanna once her flying days were over.  She realized her heart for customer service, her ability to listen and her negotiation skills were just what buyers and sellers need.  She’s as loyal to her clients as she was to her airline and to her fellow flight attendants.  She’s absolutely meticulous about details and her recall is legendary. She’d been selling a little of this and that through network marketing during her airline career and real estate was more of the same, but with a more meaningful product to share with her clients. 

Jeanna was born and raised in the Metroplex and graduated from North Mesquite High School.  She has a wide networks of friends, many of which she’s had since high school and her best friend is the same one she’s had since 3^rd grade.  She’s single, but she’s given her heart away to four-legged beasts.  Along with having her own dogs, Jenna is passionate about saving as many dogs as she can.  Family is important to her, too.  Her mom is her housemate.

If you’re looking for someone to make buying or selling a home a little easier, then you need to meet Jeanna.  She’ll hear you when you explain what you want and she’ll take care of every little detail from day one until your done and even then, she’ll be your best friend in the business.  Her favorite days are move-in days.  She loves to see the smiles when her buyers move into the perfect house and her sellers when they turn their home over to the perfect family.
