This was our second time buying with Meredith and our first selling. All three experiences were de-stressed, professional and, at all times, focused. Meredith took the onus of the operation and often jumped in when we just didn't have time even though the task wasn't in her realm of responsibility. Meredith was always two steps ahead, polished, questioning and eager and perhaps most importantly....she listened. She heard our worries before we could articulate them and she listened to the buyers and their agent to determine any issues that we did not see on the horizon. We feel Meredith creates her own success because she works for it, genuinely cares, and hands down puts her clients' needs above her own. As a result, we have worked with her repeatedly and absolutely would again.

Meredith Alderson is effective, efficient, and fun! She recently helped us find our central Austin home. I'm an Austin native, but she helped (re)acquaint us with the neighborhoods and the crazy real estate market. Meredith is extremely organized, very knowledgeable about central Austin neighborhoods, and somehow seems to always be responsive; her communication is excellent. She's also very warm and great fun to work with -- very important when you're spending long days house hunting! We had difficult requirements to balance, which Meredith took seriously. She's a great listener and detail-oriented. We primarily worked remotely with Meredith, but she made our trips into Austin with a small child in tow really count. Our tours with her were extremely well-organized and made the most of our limited time. Finally, Meredith is a calm, steady, and tough negotiator.
