We inlisted Helle (Century 21 Jim White and Associates) to sell our home in Pinellas Park, FL last Spring and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. The Jim White and Associates Century 21 Real Estate Team stood out as the best Pinellas County has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on their site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Helle Hartley and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located on a main road backing up to our backyard and having a small backyard in a neighborhood with similar homes would be tough to sell. Helle made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we say the photos, of our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract in 4 weeks after we put it on the market at asking price. We accepted the offer and Helle waked us through every step of the closing process. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. I have recommended Helle to everyone I know. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell our home, but I think I have found the best realtor in our local market. Keep up the good work Helle, you are the BEST in your profession.

I am very pleased with my recent real estate sale. Helle advised me on how to prepare my home for listing. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process of presenting a house in the best possible light. She staged it with some of my own furniture instead of hiring a staging company.
