About Chris

I became a Real Estate Agent in 1992 in Logan, Utah. After relocating to Arkansas, I have represented real estate clients in Northwest Arkansas for more than 12 years. My favorite aspect of being a Real Estate Agent is the interactions with people - finding the ideal home, negotiating the contract and facilitating the inspection, survey, appraisal, title work, mortgage loan and closing. I earned my Luxury Property Specialist designation in 2017.  In addition to a proven sales record in the luxury market, to complete my certification I attended an in depth training course.  The course covered topics such as how to develop detailed market analysis for sellers of luxury homes and how to make use of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury resources to implement specialized marketing plans that will expose fine properties to affluent buyers on a world-wide basis.
