About Andrea

A native of Lakeland, Florida, Andrea grew up the daughter of German immigrants, often accompanying her father, Ludwig Spiessl, (Architect, AIA), on his weekly site inspections at various construction projects. Andrea later studied at the University of South Carolina, graduating with a degree in Business Administration (BSBA). Throughout her 30 year career, Andrea was employed by such notable companies as Dun and Bradstreet and Smith Barney, where she utilized her strong analytical skills as a Financial Consultant. She later turned her attention to real estate, joining RE/MAX Experts, where she built a solid reputation as a dedicated Realtor noted for her keen attention to detail on her customer's behalf, from contractual negotiations and transaction management to successfully closing their transactions. Exemplary customer service is her key focus, coupled with honesty, integrity and a very strong work ethic - all have been the hallmarks of her life. She is well known for her prompt communications, diligent research, and thorough planning on behalf of her clientele that she serves. A consistent top performer, Andrea holds the CRS designation, held by fewer than 3% of Realtors nationwide. She has been the recipient of the RE/MAX Executive Club, 100% Club and Titan Club Awards, and she is the RE/MAX Experts franchise Broker Owner. Andrea is actively involved in the Lakeland community. She is a member of the Rotary Club of South Lakeland, serves on the Finance Committee of her church, serves on the Board of Directors for the Lakeland Association of Realtors, (where she is also a member of the Grievance Committee), and was recently appointed to the Stellar MLS Board of Directors. Andrea is fluent in German and loves traveling with her family, gardening and reading. She is passionate about Real Estate, and is known for her discretion and professionalism in her real estate transactions.
