Only agents who are Institute for Luxury Home Marketing members-in-good-standing and who have been awarded and hold the CLHMS designation may represent themselves as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists ® (CLHMS).

Unauthorized or inappropriate use of the designation is trademark infringement and misrepresentation. Such misrepresentation is a violation of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of Realtors®, Article 12.
