If you are looking for a great home that fits your budget and needs, I highly recommend Harry Sarvaiya at ReMax West Realty Inc. I moved from Iowa in the USA to Toronto for a new job in late 2011 so I was completely unfamiliar with the dynamic GTA real estate market. Harry Sarvaiya took the time to educate my wife and me about the GTA real estate market introducing us to the many different neighborhoods throughout the GTA. This was very important for us to understand the GTA market better before making a decision on where we wanted to live and what type of home we wanted to live in. During this time, we never felt any pressure from Harry to make a quick decision in buying a home. After several months of looking at countless homes, we were ready to make an offer so we called Harry to inform him. Harry did some additional research and to my surprise He came back with several reasons why the home we were looking at was not such a good deal so he actually talked us out of buying that home! I find this very admirable as most real estate agent would have just been anxious to make the sale but not Harry ! My wife and I really felt that he was looking out after our best interest and not just trying to make a quick sale. A few months later Harry found us the "perfect home" that we liked even better and it was $30,000 less than the home that Harry talked us out of ! Harry moved fast as he called us the same day that the home came on the market and we were the first to see it. Harry again did his research and came back to us and suggested that we make an offer on the home that very night before others saw it. With Harry Sarvaiya's expertise and his knowledge of the GTA real estate market, we were able to move quickly and lock in a great price on our dream home. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new home and we cannot say enough about the professionalism and market knowledge of Harry Sarvaiya ! It has been a wonderful journey to home ownership. At the young age of 26, it dawned on me that I wanted to own my home. It was one of my dreams to own a home.
