History

The Institute was created in response to the growing need for real estate agent training and certification in the luxury home field.

Founder Laurie Moore-Moore has an extensive background in the luxury home market. She has helped develop luxury home training programs for franchise organizations such as RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker PREVIEWS®, and Century 21 Fine Homes and Estates®, and has now focused her expertise and finesse into providing a reliable international resource of highly-trained professionals for buyers and sellers of luxury homes.

Laurie's book, "Rich Buyer, Rich Seller: The Real Estate Agent's Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes, is in demand by agents, managers, and broker-owners, who work in the upper tier. Laurie has served as an industry speaker, consultant, and writer; co-founded REAL Trends, a popular source for industry information; sold real estate; managed a large real estate office; and managed two divisions of one of the nation's largest brokerage firms. She was recently named one of the TEN people having the most influence on the real estate industry in the last 25 years by the Real Estate Intelligence Report. Her experience is reflected in The Institute's training and other services for upper tier sales associates.
